Important: We are mortgage brokers, not lenders. We connect borrowers with appropriate lenders and mortgage products but do not directly provide mortgage loans.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnLendHub, 8Twelve Mortgage, and our agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

14. Modifications to Terms
